Shipping policy

Cookies are securely packaged before they are shipped out. Everything is done to ensure they arrive in the best condition. Once the cookies leave our premises, things can happen with the postoffice and carriers which is out of our control. 

In the event however,  that during shipping , cookies are broken and /or damaged once they leave our premises, we will determine based on communication with you, how many cookies were broken.  We can arrange to have a credit,

If a box is crushed or anything catastrophic has happened which renders the majority of the order broken, we will file a claim with NZ post on your behalf. Pictures of the box must be taken at the time of arrival and opening to add to the claim we need to submit.
